Incompetent, Dishonest, or both‎

called them out to my house for a sink that wouldn't drain. the guy was nice, cleaned out a drain, and appeared to fix the problem. two weeks later, same problem. guy came out, spent 5 minutes on the sink to get it to drain, didn't bother to check if there was a bigger problem, charged $90. it's two weeks later, and the problem has reappeared.‎
