bad choice

bad choice: I love the taste of Pizza Hut pizza, but the service is extremely bad!!!! We waited an hour to be told that the personal pan pizza that my daughter order for her "Book It" coupon had not been made. This particular store has been reported numerous times ref the service and it has not gotten better.
