Not so great service

This Company has the Guts of my 52" Sony for over 3 months and they never contacted me on whats going on. I called them 4 times with 1 response. That response was 1 month ago saying that the parts they ordered worked but now there's another problem they can't diagnose. Sounds like its time to Contact someone with Legal authority to find out whats really going on.
