We hired these guys because we wanted a professional engineer to inspect our 1846 home before we bought. We paid a premium fee to receive the services they advertise. It was the absolute worst inspection you could imagine. It took weeks to get a report, too late to use to negotiate with the seller under the contract time. They knew our deadline and missed it horrendously. The report was vague. The inspector turned out NOT to be an engineer at all. We paid for a termite inspection and were told by the inspector that he saw insect carcasses but was not an entomologist so recommended we call in a termite exterminator after him. (what did we pay for???? I have no idea.) There were pictures in the report of structural damage/disrepair, with no explanation as to what or where they were taken of. We lost literally thousands after our closing because we had major structural damage that should have been easily seen by these bozo's that was never reported on. They did tell us that if we were not satisified, that we would not have to pay their inspection fee, after we wrote a long letter copying corporate explaining the numerous deficiencies. Please, please do not use these guys!
