There are not enough good words to say about Country Grove Children's Center (CGCC). They have been especially helpful to my "special needs" as well as very shy Son. I never believed that my shy Son would be comfortable in a day care setting, but I was wrong. The patience exhibited for my special needs child went "above and beyond". I was happy with every aspect of this center, from facility, to staff, to pricing, to flexibility, but most satisfaction with their sincere concern for their students. Janice.‎

Wouldnt reccomend them in a heartbeat. I have tried both of my children there (years apart) to see if anything had changed. NOPE.

The place smells of mold, I have personally witnessed the staff YELLING at the childrend in the waddler and toddler room (I was behind the door and you can imagine the look of shock when I reappeard). The owners husband is a bully and stands at the door and will not let you go unless you make payment.

They have had numerous violations if you look them up. They dont warm up the kids food, they dont help them either.

And the really stupid (sorry) thing is that they have the babies(youngest infants) right near the front door. which is NOT closed but left open with a safety gate.

Can you imagine the winters, opening and shutting the front door for people and the babies getting that icy cold draft when there is snow on the ground.

They could easily make that small room an inside library for the kids on rainy days and move the infants down the hall.

But they dont. Also the to get to the play ground you have to walk outside and across the lawn and then go into an gated enclosed area. The women that they hire are out of shape and it would only take a second for someone to run up the a child, snatch them and be off with them. Most daycares you exist the daycare immediately into an enclosed are. Not here.

And when you get to the playground its not childproof woodchips or grass. its ROCKS and then they bikes and trikes on then....

Last I checked, you can ride a bike or trike thru rocks.

Country Grove Children's Center has a wonderful director and staff. As a parent, I love how flexible and accommodating everyone has been. I feel so comfortable leaving my child here. My daughter looks forward to going to Country Grove everyday. It's a very nurturing and caring environment. I feel that all the staff go out of their way to assist in any way possible. I have never had any issues regarding tuition payments, in fact I have received credit for any snow closing(which has only been one day). I have highly recommended Country Grove in the past and will continue to do so.

I have found the people here to be unaccomidating and mediocre at best. Everytime I have an issue they get defensive and don't want to hear what I have to say. One time they showed my 6 year old a PG 13 movie. I heard nothing but excuses. They finally admitted that maybe they shouldn't have done that just to shut me up. Another time they just decided to close on a snow day & called me at work saying that I had to come get her. Apparently they felt that since my daughter was the only one there, they didn't have to do what I was paying them to (take care of her). That meant lost hours at work for us. I will be taking my daughter out of there as soon as possible.
