I wanted to write and thank you for your services... I know that I was a bit complicated in selecting the setting and matching it with the diamonds, but your help made a truly magnificent ring... Never in my life have I seen a ring get so many complements... Random people on the street stop my fiance to admire the ring. More importantly, she has not removed the ring once in the three months we have been engaged, she is too attached to it. So once again, thank you so much.

So, my husband went shopping for my anniversary gift. The style he pick out for me, I was not really happy with it. (picky me) Well he knew that and had his sale rep, Nicole, gave me a call. Nicole and I spent hours on the phone looking for the right one. She even told me, that she had told my husband that I will not like the bracelet he pick. Well thank god for their Lifetime Upgrade Policy.
