I took my suv to have a smog check and didn't pass so they told me I needed a catalytic converter. I had that done last year with them and this weekend I took it to a different shop because now it needs a new muffler and they told me that they had installed a wrong catalytic to my suv I went back to them and they said to bring my receipt but unfortunately I couldn't find it and I told them what they told me and the guy told me trying to be funny that " If they told you that it's for a bigger vehicle than it's better!" I think that was soo unprofessional don't trust them they just want your money and specially if it's a woman =( plus they also told me that it's illegal to install wrong catalytic converters!
