The on-site service manager is very customer oriented and wants the customer to be happy. Airport Marina should know that he is an asset to their company. Customer service is taken very serious by him. Other companies say that customer service is #1, but Leonard has proven this to me. I will continue to bring my car there.

I am a customer of Airport Marina Ford for over 6 years, for all my car's maintenance and repair needs. The staff has always been very nice, professional and helpful, the service fast and fair. I had a small problem twice during these years, both times the service director, Leonard personally corrected it right away, well making up for the small inconvenience. He is very dedicated to excellent customer care, making sure every customer leaves happy and his positive attitude mirrors in the staff, as well. I am always confident that my car and I get the best possible treatment without any " Funky-Monkey Business" that most other places would pull-off... :-)

DO NOT take your car here for service - I made the mistake of bringing my car here for regular service and over the past few visits have realized that none of the service advisors have any idea what they are talking about. They diagnose problems and make repairs on little more than a hunch... Twice I have brought my car in, had them make repairs and had to return within a week because my car was performing WORSE than it had before I brought my car in. Women especially beware - they see dollar signs when you drive your car into the service department. I would suggest you take your car to Midas, Vista Ford or someplace else - this place is a total fraud. I would also mention that the women who work in the cashier/office are fat, rude and never say thank you.

It was the first time in my life that I can honesty say that buying a car was not only easy and hassle-free but was the most enjoyable and memorable experience I have ever had in buying a car. The professionalism and courtesy that was displayed by the sales staff was the first thing that struck me. They came immediately to my assistance and made me feel that they were more concerned with what my vehicle needs were rather than simply trying to sell me their most expensive car. Also, I was impressed by the no-pressure attitude they displayed throughout the selling process.

I found the Lot to be easy to brouse through and the sales person was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the inventory and was able to answer all my questions on the spot which saved a great deal of time and aided me in focusing quickly on a vehicle that met my needs perfectly.

Their specialty appears to be, I am pleased ot say, to satisfy the needs of the customer - that is their top priority. That is certainly a rarity in this age we live in. I will most certainly return to this dealership when it comes time to purchase my next car or truck and I will, in the meantime, spread the word about this dealership to my friends and family and urge them to go there as well. I highly recommend this dealership as a hallmark of what a car dealership should be.
