This business is filthy dirty, and the work they do is no excuse. I have been to plenty of auto repair or maintenance establishements that were very clean.

When they weren't ignoring me and the other customers, they were rude to anyone asking questions or wanting help.

I took in a NEW mower that had a warranty (it wouldn't start and the starter cord handle broke off). They said there were 'a couple' jobs ahead of me but they would get it done as soon as they could. I gave them specific instructions, which I had them put in writing on my service order, to NOT do anything not covered by the warranty WITHOUT getting my consent for first.

Over two months went by with me calling them every week only to be told they had not even started it yet.

Come to find out, they kept bumping me to the end of the line because it was a warranty repair which they could not make money off of, and then after much nagging on my part, they finally fixed it. I went to pick it up (they will not pick up or deliver..if you only have a car, I hope you have a friend with a truck) they handed me a bill for almost $40!!!!!!!

They did other work, even though they did not have my consent (I do not know that the work they did was even needed for the mower...it was brand new and they did the kind of work that is done on well used mowers) and insisted since it was already done, so too bad for me, I would have to pay for it.

I told them otherwise. Right on my service order were my instructions. They lost their 'argument'.

I would NEVER go to this place again. I take my mower or whatever 30 miles out of town, for any service I need. At least I get it back in good time and without unexpected and unauthorized 'repairs'.

This busines is NOT RECOMMENDED..
